Lou and Justin wanted a Chelsea Town Hall Wedding after they realised their original wedding at a stately Surrey hotel wasn’t really their vibe. So they changed the venue, the date, everything!
“We first contacted Laura in early 2020 as we were looking for a photographer for our wedding and had seen her work alongside some others who we liked the look of and were trying to decide who would be best for us. Laura was the one from the outset! Her approach, style, great communication and (we would later find out) flexibility meant that 2 Covid Lockdowns, 3 different dates, 2 venues and a total wedding theme/city change couldn’t deter Laura (almost 2 years later!) from doing an AMAZING job with capturing every moment from our special day.
Laura has the patience of a saint and made sure we were well practiced on our “engagement shoot” before the wedding. She is also a brides dream! Helping out when we didn’t have enough hands getting ready and making sure that all was perfect for the bride and groom . We asked specifically for more of a focus on candid and editorial style shots for our intimate London wedding, along with some traditional shots of course at our beautiful venues and onboard our heritage London “party” bus and we couldn’t have been happier with the results.
Bringing an equally fab 2nd photographer meant that so many precious memories were captured despite there being multiple venues and activities happening at once, so many of our friends and family commented how brilliant Laura is, “she was EVERYWHERE” was what they said. Laura and Drew nailed it and we were both speechless when our wonderful highlights reel arrived 7 days after our big day and now we have our final edited collection we really couldn’t have asked for more.
