ABOUT ME

I feel honoured that you want to know more about me. So for that, thank you.

I am quite relaxed...now - I've had cancer twice and it's taught me the hard way to chill out and made me realise what's important in life, the people we love.

My world revolves around my children - in the sense of - I am the live-in butler to my two feral monkeys. When I'm not at my computer or taking photos, I am being body-slammed by my toddler, Ethan or watching funny dog videos with my teenage daughter, Lena. I can't believe I have a teenager and a toddler - I totally blame cancer for this diabolical age gap situation!

I love baking treats and cooking Italian/Mexican food - my secret ingredient for all meals is profanity. I love sarcasm and talking absolute nonsense with my three best mates. I am a people pleaser and will go above and beyond for those I care about. I love to weight train at my local gym and I work out about 4 times a week. I love feeling strong and surprising my eldest when I can still pick her up.

AFFECTIONATELY KNOWN AS THE SOCIAL HAND GRENADE.

When I'm with my friends, I love to misbehave and do not dare me to do anything when I've had a glass of wine.

I have a twin sister (non identical) who I don't see often enough. We do a lot of weird twin things. I also have three younger brothers, two are also twins. (Yep, we're aware we're weird).

I love music especially Banks, Maggie Rogers, Florence and the Machine and Jessie Ware. My favourite movies are A Good Year, Romeo & Juliet and Pride & Prejudice - all the romance!

When I'm alone I love watching Grey's Anatomy - it always makes me tear up and I love a good cathartic cry. I don't like it when a movie doesn't have a happy ending. If I had a pound for every time I said "they just need to get married and have babies." It's no wonder I love photographing weddings.

With 12 years photography experience I have found confidence in what I do and feel excited to create stunning images for you.

SURVIVING CANCER X 2

Grateful for every day without a blood test, MRI, biopsy, vacuum biopsy, radiation, chemotherapy, sore gums, CT Scan, picc line, mastectomy, reconstruction, scars, pain meds, blood clots (though that one was my fault). Cold head, no eyelashes, crippling heartburn, fuzzy mouth, muscle pains, monthly zoladex implants....not to mention dozens of awful hair styles during hair regrowth...

This styled shoot with The Curated Kitchen and The Oak and the Owl Florist was a dream come true. Best of all, once the photos were done we could eat!

COFFEE

My love for coffee is noteworthy. I was a late starter to drinking coffee but you could say I have made up for it. I have two cups to start my day and at least 4 more throughout the day always in my favourite cup!
